In addition to the monthly rent this is a $15.00 monthly Preventive Maintenance Fee. Bringing your total monthly payment to $1365.00

The Preventive Maintenance Fee includes, but is not limited to the following:

1) Twice per year AC filter change
2) Dryer vent clean out.
3) AC and Furnace maintenance check
4) Hot Water Heater maintenance check.

Pet fees, if applicable are $30.00 per month per pet.
